By accessing or using NSI Corp's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Authorized Use Only

You may only scan domains and systems that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may violate computer fraud and abuse laws.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have authorization to scan any domain you submit
• You will not use our service for malicious purposes
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Service Description

NSI Corp provides automated external attack surface discovery and misconfiguration scanning services. Our scans identify subdomains, open ports, and potential security misconfigurations on authorized targets.

4. Payment Terms

Free Tier: 3 scans per month with watermarked reports.
Pro Subscription: $99/month with unlimited scans (2-month minimum commitment).
Single Report: $200 one-time purchase for a single comprehensive report.

Subscription payments are processed monthly. You may cancel after the minimum commitment period.

5. Limitation of Liability

NSI Corp provides scanning services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on scan results. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, including unauthorized scanning activities.
